We collect information about how you use VisionAsk, such as the features you use, the number of requests made, and interactions with the application. This helps us improve the Service.

1.4. Image and Text Data

When you use the camera scanning feature, images are captured and sent to our servers for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and AI processing. The extracted text and any questions you ask are also processed. We may temporarily store this data to provide the service, improve our AI models, and for troubleshooting. We strive to anonymize or aggregate this data where possible for analytical purposes. We do not claim ownership of the content you process.

1.5. Device Information

We may collect information about the device you use to access VisionAsk, such as IP address, operating system, browser type, and camera device identifiers (to manage camera selection).

We use the information we collect to:

Image and text data processed for OCR and AI analysis may be retained for a limited period for service improvement and troubleshooting, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

VisionAsk is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
